- Assessment
- Treatment planning
- Take Home Naloxone
- Withdrawal management
- How to reduce harm to oneself and others
- Referrals to social and peer support services
- Supportive transitions to community services and supports
- Opioid Use Disorder: Buprenorphine (Suboxone), Methadone, or Slow Release Oral Morphine (SROM-Kadian)
- Alcohol Use Disorder: Individualized medical support for anti-craving medication
- Self referrals are encouraged for Opioid Use Disorder treatment & services: Walk-in between 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM, Monday to Friday
- Self referrals are also encouraged for Alcohol Use Disorder treatment & services: Please call the clinic for information about how to access (250-519-3776)
- Patients connected with Victoria's Mental Health & Substance Team should discuss accessing services at RAAC with their case managers
- Accepts referrals from physicians and clinicians; referred RAAC clients are offered booked appointments (See Physician Information below for more information).
Mental Health & Substance Use (MHSU) Navigation Link for Clients/Patients: This service link central access phone number will provide help for clients navigating Island Health services for substance use, harm reduction and mental health. People seeking these services can call 1-888-885-8824 to speak directly with a Service Link provider. Note: This is not a line for health professionals to initiate a referral.
