This Hospice features a two-bed community hospice space created at Ayre Manor to provide care and support to loved ones and individuals nearing the end of life.

Hospice at Ayre Manor provides Sooke and the surrounding area residents with improved access to a full range of end-of-life care services, including access to end-of-life services such as coordinated clinical and social supports provided by Island Health’s Community Care teams and community partners including Sooke Hospice Society.
