Long-Term Care Facility Details
  • Capacity: 75 units (all publicly-subsidized)
  • Building Amenities: hair salon, outdoor courtyards, living room, exercise room, bathing rooms and more
  • Type of Accommodation: A split between beds in single occupancy rooms (55) and beds in double occupancy (20)
  • Cost: Residents will pay up to 80% of their after tax income to cover the cost of food, 24-hour nursing care, accommodation
  • Special Recreational Opportunities are offered 6 days a week when activity staff are on site to provide recreation/leisure programs to meet physical, social, spiritual and mental needs of the residents.
  • Policies: Residents must be assessed by the facility's Occupational Therapist to use a motorized scooter/wheelchair within the building. As an Island Health facility, pets and smoking/vaping are not permitted at this building
