Homeless Prevention Program

The Homeless prevention worker will work with the clients to first determine eligibility to the Homeless prevention program. Once eligibility has been determined clients and HPP worker will proceed with the full demographic and consent portion of the application.
Referrals are received through Chilliwack Probation, or Parole Officers.
- Individuals affected by the Justice System (coming out of jail)
- Women Fleeing violence
- Youth at Risk
- Indigenous
- Individuals coming out of Hospital or Treatment Centres
Self Referrals are accepted through the mainline 604-852-1226 by an intake officer. Probation, Parole, Ann Davis all can make referrals directly.
