A volunteer initiative that provides virtual/online mentorship to young women in high school.
She Connect's main goal is to connect young women in high school with women in their 20s to foster thought-exchange, dialogues, and mentorship synergies. She Connects will provide a safe space for young girls and women, and will allow them to speak to a mentor directly about anything they might need guidance on. The mentors support mentees across Canada with the appropriate resources and tools for success and resiliency. With this mentorship program, She Connects strive to lift women and empower them to be the driving force in their own lives.
The program is free, and available to any women-identifying and gender non-conforming youth in Canada in grades 10-12.
