Fresh fruits and vegetables at a reduced price.
Provides fresh fruits and vegetables that are available for pick-up, weekly at an affordable price from local producers. The box includes about 7-9 different kinds of fruit and veg. Each week is a little different than the week before and is a unique surprise, but will usually include a few staples likes potatoes, carrots, apples, oranges & bananas.
The Good Food Box operates on a Pay What You Can model so that more members in the community can access the program. Choose a $10 Subsidized box or a $15 Standard box.
Orders must be placed by Tuesday at midnight on the week before you receive the box. Complete your order online or call 250-713-7311 to place your order over the phone. Pickup times and locations are posted online. Delivery is available on a limited basis within Nanaimo and Parksville to people who are unable to pick up in person.
