PreVenture is an evidence-based prevention program that uses personality targeted interventions to promote mental health and delay substance use among teens.
PreVenture is an evidence-based prevention program that uses brief, personality-focused workshops to promote mental health and delay substance use among youth 12-18 years old. The program consists of two 90-minute workshops. Your facilitator will decide how far apart they are spaced, but there will be at least one week in between.

The program aims to equip young people with self-efficacy and cognitive behavioural skills to help them cope with the numerous developmental challenges that many adolescents face, such as academic stress, peer pressure, interpersonal conflict, and identity development.

Available in an in-person and online format, PreVenture is currently delivered by trained facilitators in schools and community programs.
