Provided by AVI Health and Community Services
Provides opioid agonist treatment and related services and also provides primary care for HIV.
At no fee for patients, AVI Health Centre provides:
- Opiate Replacement Treatment with Methadone and Suboxone.
- Take-home Naloxone Training
- Harm reduction education and supplies
- HIV Primary Care and HIV POC testing
- STI testing and treatment
- Positive Wellness Program
- Men’s Wellness Program and Testing Nights
- AVI Health Centre Outreach Team
- Education Program
- Support counselling, nutritional and housing support and care planning and intensive case management for people living with HIV and or hepatitis C.
